In Online Case;
Go through your state government website and make User Id and password next ready all document as mentioned above next make scan copy of those all document in pdf format and upload and form fill up. Next Press submit and you will get a tracking Id and you can get certificate after some days in PDF format in that website with that tracking Id.
In Offline Mode,
Go to BDO office ( Block development Office ) and submit all physical original hard copy of all document. Generally you can get the certificate in same day.
